Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times:

  • UK & Europe: 3–8 business days
  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Note: Delivery may be delayed due to customs or carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Pinnacle merch. If you're not satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items or promotional giveaways
  • Digital downloads (if offered)
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

3. How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@pinnacletalentmanagement.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.
